While Virtus.Pro might’ve lost the Eleague Major Tournament at the start of 2017, they escaped with same very cheeky but at the same time incredible statistics. I’m going to list the most interesting of them here. Credits to ReDeYe on the CS:GO subreddit.

The most astounding statistic is that Snax, arguably one of the best players in the world has a 95% win rate in 1v1 scenarios across ALL majors ever. The one he did lose was all the way back in 2014 at ESL One Cologne. This is absolutely nuts, no player probably has even close to the amount of 1v1 scenarios that Snax has won.

At only 30 years old, 7 months, and 23 days old, Taz becomes the oldest player to every participate in a Major Tournament. It’s interesting to think that being 30 is considered young in eSports, with professionals retiring in their forties.

Virtus.Pro as a team only dropped one map in the entirety of the tournament before the grand final, never losing a single series. That is just phenomenal.

Snax has become the only player in the world to score four aces in Major history, over the course of his career.

There are many more statistics that highlight the power of Virtus.Pro, but these were just some of the few that caught my attention and made me appreciate the players even more than I did.
